Wyche T. Green, III (“Tee”) is a health IT and healthcare guru and formally, CEO of Greenway HealthTM. As an industry leader, having served in leadership roles since 1998, Tee is committed to creating a smarter more sustainable US healthcare system through advanced, integrated, health information services. An advocate of servant leadership, Tee is as committed to his team of employees as he is to his clients.

Greenway’s reach is expansive. Present in over 8,200 Walgreens locations and in more than 11,000 medical groups nation-wide. Greenway Solutions implement innovative IT software systems that help clinical professionals to more efficiently manage the financial and administrative process.

Not your average health techie, Green is an active participant, authority and scholar on healthcare reform. He has contributed to the field by publishing multiple scholarly articles and authoring a chapter of 2010 sequel to the award-winning book, Paper Kills.

During his tenure at Greenway, Green has been involved in a total of six separate rounds of capital- raising activities, including to two separate private equity partners, and has successfully raised a grand total of $87.5 million. In February 2012, Greenway completed an initial public offering, raising proceeds of $77 million. Mr. Green has recently led Greenway through a go private transaction with Vista Equity Partners with an all cash transaction of $644 million.

Green is not afraid to step outside the realm of software. A serial entrepreneur, Green has started several companies prior to Greenway Health across a wide array of business areas including transportation, hotel development, venture investing, agriculture/farming, music and entertainment.

Green has served on the Board of Directors for R.W. Allen & Associates, Inc., the Community Foundation of West Georgia, West Georgia Habitat for Humanity, the Auburn University Research Advisory Board, Greenway Corporation, the Auburn University College of Business Advisory Council and the Carroll County Chamber of Commerce.
