From the award winning producers of Frasier, The Larry Sanders Show and NewsRadio comes Just Shoot Me, a comedy set in at the New York editorial offices of a fictional magazine that the show's creator describes as 'Die Hard in a fashion magazine'.

The sophisticated half hour comedy focuses on the strained father-daughter relationship between Maya Gallo (Laura San Giacomo) an accomplished journalist with a razor-sharp sarcastic wit, and her estranged father, Jack (Academy Award winner George Segal), a chronic womaniser who is also the successful publisher of 'Blush', a fluffy women's fashion magazine that's everything Maya detests. After quitting her job as a television news writer, Maya approached her father for help and reluctantly accepted the job he offered at the magazine.

At the office, Maya struggles to hold her own among her co-workers, including the beauty and fashion editor Nina Van Horn (Wendie Mallick), a biting and pretentious ex-model who's going through middle age kicking and screaming; Blush's in-house fashion photographer and ogler of beautiful women Elliott DiMauro (Enrico Colantoni); and her father's power-crazy right hand man, Dennis Finch (David Spade).
