Tony Kornheiser
Famous Sports Personality and Co-Host of the TV Show Pardon the Interruption
Tony Kornheiser is one of ESPN Radio's most prominent broadcast journalists.
Kornheiser is also the co-host of the popular Pardon the Interruption (PTI) show, which debuted on ESPN September 22, 2001. Kornheiser is a columnist for the Washington Post where he has been since 1979. He has been a sports columnist there since 1984, and in 1990, he began writing a regular column in the Washington Post's Sunday Style section. Tony Kornheiser has authored four books, I'm Back for More Cash, Pumping Irony, Bald as I Wanna Be and The Baby Chase. He has also written for Newsday and the New York Times.
He graduated from Harper College in upstate New York (now Binghamton) in 1970. He is married and has two children.
