Stephen Bardo has been a color analyst for ESPN since November 2002. Bardo's experience as a former standout point guard on Illinois' 89 Final Four team, dubbed, "The Flyin' Illini," and his ten-year professional career that included stops in the NBA (Dallas, Detroit and San Antonio), CBA and overseas (France, Italy, Japan, Spain and Venezuela) give him a unique perspective when covering basketball.
Since 2000, Bardo also has been the voice of the Fighting Illini as a radio analyst for the Illini Sports Network. Stephen recently called the NCAA tournament run for the National runner-up Fighting Illini, Stephen lives in Chicago and is the proud father of two sons.
