Nicknamed “the female Jerry Maguire” by CNN, Molly Fletcher has worked with hundreds of top athletes, coaches and media personalities in her career as a sports agent. An entrepreneur, author and keynote speaker, Molly heads up her own business, MWF Enterprises, LLC.
Molly has worked with some of the top names in the sports industry, including Tom Izzo, Ernie Johnson, Jr., Matt Kuchar, Doc Rivers, John Smoltz, Joe Theismann and more.
She is the author of two books, Your Dream Job Game Plan, a tactical guide to becoming your own career agent, and The Business of Being the Best, in which she extracts the common traits found in top performers. Molly speaks to audiences around the country on topics related to leadership, relationship selling, customer service and branding. She applies lessons learned from her nearly two decades of experience in the sports industry to the business world.
Molly is also the founder of The Betterment Institute, an online learning portal that brings to life topics related to leadership and relationships through on-demand videos and worksheets. The Betterment Institute helps members identify actionable tasks to achieve their goals and inspires sustainable behavioral change.
A trailblazer throughout her career, Molly has been honored with numerous awards, including Outstanding Alumni from Michigan State University, the 2010 W2W Ascendancy Award for businesswomen and the 2011 POW! Womenetics Award. Numerous media outlets have featured Molly, including The Atlanta Journal-Constitution, CNN, ESPN, Sports Illustrated, The Wall Street Journal, The Washington Post and USA Today.
Molly serves on the board of Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta and is a member of the Atlanta Downtown Rotary and The Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO). She graduated from Michigan State University where she was a member of the women’s tennis team (1989-1993). Molly and her husband Fred reside in Atlanta with their three daughters, including a set of twins.
