Act 1: ATTITUDE ROCKS! INTRO

Mark performs a medley with video. He then engages the audience with a finely-crafted interactive team- building program, which uses drums as a metaphor to create harmony from two or more different sounds that are independent in contour and rhythm. Mark then exemplifies the drum exercise with entertaining road stories, including how attitudes create behavior and behavior determines results. He further inspires through additional multimedia performances.

Act 2:HARMONIZING ADVERSITY

Having experienced some comical and tragic adversity through his experiences as a rock n roll musician, Mark shares his light hearted yet potent stories of how he has continued to transform adversity into opportunity

Act 3: EVERY NOTE MATTERS

Mark tells a humorous and compelling story about transforming the attitude of a ‘whiner’ into a ‘winner’. He then does an interactive performance with audience members, from the viewpoint of both attitudes, which is humorous and transformational. This interactive process is then employed between and among all audience members to instill the learning point through the activity.

Act 4: PLAYING YOUR GROOVE

Mark tells his story of a life changing experience on the road with P!NK and a process he shares with the audience that forever changes the way that they look at group dynamics and communication.

Act 5: OVERCOMING LIFE’S STAGE FRIGHT

Mark has developed a fun, immediate and highly effective process that participants can use to overcome nervousness and fear associated with giving presentations in front of any number of individuals or interviewing for a new position. This act ends with one lucky person (who has never played drums before) learning how to play a song on Mark’s drum set in less than five minutes!

Act 7: INTERACTIVE GROUP JAM

This act has the audience breaking into groups and working together to write original lyrics to well-known popular songs that reflect their experiences at work. They then get to perform them before their peers. This highly-entertaining and unifying process features not only individuals working together as groups to reveal their personal artistry but also builds the confidence to start showing how their Attitude Rocks!
