Bio Info:

After spending nineteen years in major league baseball, Lou Brock was inducted into the Hall of Fame as the "stolen-base king." He believes that success comes from within, and helps others find that truth within themselves.

There is no substitute for natural ability, but baseball's former stolen-base king believes the key to success in pro sports comes from within. The man who revolutionized stealing bases, Brock was selected to the Hall of Fame the first year he became eligible in 1985 after spending 19 seasons in the major leagues with the Chicago Cubs and St. Louis Cardinals.

He's number two on baseball's all-time stolen base list with 938 and number 10 on the all-time at-bats list with 10,332 and is the proud owner of two World Series championship rings.

After the left-handed-hitting speedster retired, he kept one hand in baseball and the other in the world of business. He is currently a baserunning and outfield instructor for the Cardinals, and was previously a baserunning consultant with the Dodgers, Twins, and Expos. He is also the founder and president of Brockworld Products, Inc., a St. Louis-based company involved in a variety of marketing and promotional ventures. He and his wife are very active in charities around the St. Louis area.
