Helping Companies Lead at the Edge of Change

Dr. Lapp speaks about the dramatic changes confronting business today and for the foreseeable future. Not just business but culture itself is changing, placing new pressures on the workplace as well as personal lives as well. The author of books with titles like "Plant Your Feet Firmly in Mid-Air" and "Dancing with Tigers," Lapp's presentations offer guidance for everyone from line worker to CEO on how to recognize the new pressures and how to turn the anxiety they produce into positive and productive results.

Janet is a top presenter on how to adapt to an information society and how to develop skills to thrive with current and future change. She delivers the powerful message that change is not a force to be feared, but an opportunity to be seized... and the choice is ours.

Dr. Janet Lapp wrote and hosted the highly rated CBS-affiliate series "Keep Well" and has been featured in training films such as Coping with Stress in the Real World. A registered nurse and the administrator of a 100-bed psychiatric hospital, Janet then completed her doctoral and post-doctoral education at
McGill University in Montreal, Canada. A former college professor, she is a licensed clinical psychologist and member of the American Psychological Association.

Her ideas have been published in professional journals and in magazines such as The New York Times Magazine, American Health Prevention, USA Today, and Newsweek.
