Gary Hall Jr.
8-Time Olympic Medalist Swimmer
Hall, a two-time Olympian; eight-time Olympic medallist (4 gold, 3 silver, 1 bronze); American record holder; diabetes patient, is currently training in Islamorada, Florida with The Race Club to make his third United States Olympic Swim team in Athens 2004.
Hall is coming off of the best in-season performance of his career at United States Nationals. His performances in the 50 and 100 freestyle put him in position to do what no other man has ever done over an Olympic career in ANY sport - win 12 medals.
Additionally, Hall and his father Gary Hall, Sr. could become the first father/son tandem in the history of the Olympics to each compete in three Olympic Games.
