Bruce Tulgan is an advisor to business leaders all over the world, the author of ten different books and management training programs, and a sought-after keynote speaker and seminar leader. Since 1995, Bruce has addressed tens of thousands of leaders and managers in hundreds of organizations ranging from JP Morgan to JC Penney. He has been called "the new Tom Peters" by many who have seen him speak, and has been named by Management Today as one of the "few contemporary figures [to] stand out" as a management guru. Bruce's newest book is Winning The Talent Wars (W.W. Norton, 2001), which has received acclaim from Fortune 500 CEOs and business journalists. He is also the author of Managing Generation X (W.W. Norton 2000; First Published in 1995), the classic study of Generation X in the workplace.
