NFL legend Tony Dorsett was one of football's greatest running backs and was a key contributor for the Dallas Cowboys in the late 70s and throughout the 80s. 

Best Season:

In 1981, Tony Dorsett rushed for 1646 yards and four touchdowns on 342 carriers and also caught 32 balls for 325 yards and six touchdowns.

• Rushed for 1,948 yards his freshman year
• Rushed fpr a four-year total of 6,082 yards
• First player in NCAA history to rush for more than 1,000 yards in each of four seasons
