Susan Spero is founder and owner of Spero & Company Consultants, a highly successful business consulting company focusing on leadership and management.

She has been a corporate management consultant, trainer, classroom teacher, and manager in the U.S., Canada, and Western Europe for over twenty years. She earned her Bachelor's Degree in Education at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, and her Master's Degree in Psychology from the University of Northern Colorado, in Greeley. She has worked with corporate, governmental, and non-profit organizations that range in size from five to 50,000 employees. 

Susan has also taught in the Adams County and Denver Public School systems. Susan has been a member of B'nai Havurah since 1983 (in 1981, she studied Hebrew with her son and became a Bat Mitzvah!). Her hobbies include choral singing, photography, and travel. She hopes to write a book in the next two years. She speaks French, Spanish and, on a good day, English.
